Enhanced Low-Temperature Performance for LFP Traditionally, LFP products struggle with low-temperature performance, retaining only 30-40% capacity at -20°C. Wanhua Chemical, however, introduced a breakthrough solid-phase process that achieves a capacity retention rate exceeding 68% and a 10C discharge capacity surpassing 140mAh/g. This advancement holds promising applications for hybrid electric vehicles and start-stop power sources.
High-Capacity Nickel-Rich NMC 9 Series Wanhua Chemical highlighted its advanced NMC material technology, featuring controlled synthesis of multi-scale precursors, multi-site doping, and multi-morphological interface coating. Through collaborative efforts, the 9 series nickel-rich materials achieved a remarkable full battery capacity exceeding 225mAh/g at 0.33C, setting new benchmarks in the industry.
Comprehensive NMP Supply Chain NMP serves as a critical component in lithium battery manufacturing, crucial for cathode and conductive agent slurries. Wanhua successfully launched its NMP facility in Sichuan last year, completing a 290,000 tons/year industrial chain from natural gas to acetylene, BDO, GBL, methylamine, and NMP. This facility, with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons, represents the world’s largest single-line integrated facility. Wanhua’s NMP products are distinguished by their exceptional purity exceeding 99.9%, ensuring reliability and stability in battery operations.
