As part of this prestigious sponsorship, Bona will provide 600 square meters of premium oak flooring for the Nordic Pavilion. The World Expo 2025 is expected to attract an impressive 28 million visitors from around the globe between April 13 and October 13, 2025. Of these, approximately 1.7 million are anticipated to visit the Nordic Pavilion. The Pavilion will serve as a central hub for Nordic countries and companies to present their innovations and cultural heritage under the theme “Together Towards a Better Future.”
Bona’s contribution to the Nordic Pavilion includes oak floors pre-finished with UV Stain and Bona UV Commercial Finish, ensuring a durable and visually appealing surface that aligns with the Pavilion’s sustainable ethos. The installation will be carried out by Certified Contractors from Okabe Co. Ltd, using Quantum® T silane-based wood floor adhesive. This advanced adhesive provides a robust, flexible bond that enhances the longevity and aesthetics of the flooring.
Given the anticipated high foot traffic, Bona and Okabe Co. Ltd have also planned a comprehensive maintenance schedule to preserve the flooring’s pristine condition throughout the event. The maintenance team will utilize Power Scrubber and Deep Clean Solution for deep cleaning, followed by Preserver Plus to refresh and protect the floor surfaces. For daily maintenance, will supply Premium Spray Mops, Cleaners, and Cleaning Pads, ensuring the floors remain immaculate and inviting for visitors.
