Westlake Corporation (NYSE: WLK) announced that Westlake Global Compounds’ international sites—operated by Westlake Compounds Holdings, S.A.S.—have been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, recognizing the company’s dedication to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. This distinction places Westlake Global Compounds among the top 15% of companies evaluated by EcoVadis worldwide over the past year. EcoVadis is the largest global provider of business sustainability ratings, assessing companies based on international standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative, United Nations Global Compact, and ISO 26000.

EcoVadis evaluates over 75,000 companies across 160+ countries and 200 industries, focusing on four key areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
