EcoVadis, the world’s largest and most reputable provider of business sustainability ratings, assesses companies globally on their corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance, utilizing international standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, and ISO 26000.
Achieving Gold Medal status, EcoVadis acknowledged Westlake Epoxy’s European business as a top performer in the areas of Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. With a total score of 75 out of 100 points in 2024, Westlake Epoxy ranks in the top 97th percentile among companies in the chemical industry (including basic chemicals, fertilizers and nitrogen compounds, plastics, and synthetic rubber) for its CSR performance.
