Mrs. Foufopoulos-De Ridder will also join the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. With her addition, the Board will consist of 10 directors, 6 of whom are independent.

Mrs. Foufopoulos-De Ridder brings over 25 years of experience in the specialty chemical and petrochemical industry. She served as Executive Vice President for Polyolefins, Circular Economy Solutions, and Innovation & Technology at Borealis Group from January 2019 to December 2023. Before that, she held significant roles at Eastman Chemical Company, including Vice President and General Manager of Rubber Additives and Chief Commercial Officer. Her career also includes leadership positions at Dow Chemical Company, Rohm and Haas, Dow Corning, and Raychem Corporation.
