Milestone Capital, Inc., in partnership with D2 Equity Capital, LLC, has taken a majority stake in a newly established entity designed to acquire the assets of MCIP Industrial Enterprises Corp. This acquisition includes MCIP’s pipe coating facilities in Pearland, Texas, positioning MCIP as a rapidly growing player in the Gulf Coast pipe coating market. Kelly Williams, Managing Director of Milestone Capital, expressed enthusiasm about expanding the company’s portfolio, stating, “We are thrilled to integrate MCIP into our network. Milestone Capital and D2 Equity Capital’s joint efforts have brought this deal to fruition, with D2 founder Dennis Dunn contributing his operational and financial management skills to the new team.
