A Growing Global Program

The ISG Women in Digital Awards have quickly become a global benchmark for recognizing women’s contributions to technology and business transformation. What began as a regional initiative in the Americas has grown into a worldwide program spanning the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific—including India.

In 2025 alone, the program drew 536 finalists worldwide, reflecting the strong interest and high level of achievement among women in digital roles. Winners in the Americas were announced earlier this month on September 4, with the EMEA honorees scheduled to be revealed on September 18.

All finalists are featured in the ISG Women in Digital eBook, an online publication that serves as a resource and source of inspiration for aspiring leaders across industries.

Empowering Women in Digital

The awards are part of the broader ISG Women in Digital program, established in 2018. The initiative provides a platform for women professionals to exchange advice, share innovative ideas, and advance advocacy in the workplace.

Through regular industry events, a LinkedIn community, and a LinkedIn Live video series, the program connects women across the technology and business services ecosystem. It is designed not only to spotlight current leaders but also to nurture the next generation of women making their mark in digital roles.

Looking Ahead

The 2025 Asia Pacific awards highlight a recurring theme: women are increasingly at the forefront of digital transformation, whether through AI, sustainability initiatives, client innovation, or organizational leadership. From rising stars like Shereen Bajaj to established leaders such as Shanthi Chandrasekar and Nikita Tiwari, this year’s winners embody the breadth of talent shaping the region’s future.

As ISG continues to expand the Women in Digital program, its mission remains clear—celebrating achievements, amplifying voices, and fostering opportunities for women worldwide to excel in technology-driven industries.

With over 500 finalists globally this year, the momentum is strong. The program is not only honoring today’s leaders but also creating pathways for tomorrow’s innovators.

In recognizing the 2025 Asia Pacific winners, ISG underscores an essential truth: the future of digital transformation is diverse, inclusive, and being shaped by women whose impact is already felt across industries.
