Ingevity Corporation (NYSE: NGVT) announced today the appointment of Ryan C. Fisher as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, and Terry Dyer as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Ryan C. Fisher has been with Ingevity and its predecessors for 18 years, holding various leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer, with additional responsibilities as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer. Fisher’s tenure includes roles as Interim General Counsel and Secretary, Chief Legal Officer for Ingevity’s Performance Chemicals segment, and Assistant Secretary. Before joining Ingevity’s predecessor, MeadWestvaco, he practiced law at Edwards, Angell, Palmer & Dodge, LLP, and Cummings & Lockwood, LLC.
In his new role, Fisher will oversee legal and compliance, communications, government relations, and sustainability functions.

Terry Dyer brings over two decades of human resources experience to Ingevity, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communication at Billerud (formerly Verso Corporation) and Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Worthington Industries. His career includes leadership roles at TACE Partners, Armstrong World Industries, Burlington Industries, and operational roles at Hampton Industries and Whisper Knits.
At Ingevity, Dyer will lead the global human resources function, focusing on organization development, talent management, leadership development, and culture.

Ryan C. Fisher assumed his role as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary on June 27, 2024. Terry Dyer will begin his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer on August 12, 2024.
