Effective July 1, Yann d’Hervé will assume responsibility for Evonik’s Health Care business line. Yann d’Hervé, who previously headed the Care Solutions business line in Evonik’s Nutrition & Care division, brings extensive experience to his new role.
With an MSc in Chemistry and an MBA, d’Hervé joined the former REXIM SAS (France) in 1996, holding various positions. REXIM is now part of the Health Care business line. In 2004, he moved to the U.S. to work in today’s Oil Additives business line, serving as a business analyst and later as Global Business Director for Wax Modifiers. Following the formation of the Health Care business line in 2011, d’Hervé became Vice President, Sales & Services Americas. In 2015, he took on the role of Vice President, Global Sales & Services, before leading the Care Solutions business line in Germany from 2020.
D’Hervé has a wealth of experience in manufacturing, finance, marketing, application technology, sales, and general management. He has led international organizations and forged strategic alliances with key partners. His business approach is centered on customer satisfaction and joint value creation.
