- 2020: Elevated to Senior Vice President, overseeing the Process Flow Technologies (PFT) segment and regional leadership in China, India, and the Middle East & Africa. Under his guidance, the PFT segment achieved record profitability and growth, aligning with high-growth market demands.
- 2023: Advanced to Executive Vice President, taking leadership of all Crane business segments.
