Belinda Wise of Neoperl Elected President of PMI’s 2025 Board

Plumbing Manufacturers International (PMI) has elected Belinda Wise of Neoperl as the 2025 President of its Board of Directors during PMI’s 70th Annual Meeting in Atlanta. Wise, a member of the Neoperl USA Board, succeeds Chip Way of Lavelle Industries, who will remain on the board as Immediate Past President. This announcement came during the PMI24 Manufacturing Success Conference, where PMI also celebrated its 70th anniversary.

In her acceptance, Wise encouraged members to leverage their shared knowledge and expertise, fostering collaboration to address industry challenges. She added, “The strength of our association lies in the knowledge and experience of each one of you. I look forward to fostering even greater collaboration among our members, facilitating the exchange of ideas, and creating platforms where we can work together to solve the challenges of today and tomorrow.”

The 2025 board includes Vice President Bob Neff (Delta Faucet), Secretary/Treasurer Lowell Lampen (Kohler), and at-large directors Troy Benavidez (LIXIL), Kate Olinger (Uponor-GF Building Flow Solutions), Michael Reffner (Moen), and Paige Riddle (LSP Products).

The conference highlighted Way’s contributions as the 2024 President, new PMI members Falcon Water Technologies and LSP Products, and the PMI President’s Award, presented to C.J. Lagan of LIXIL. Additionally, the inaugural PMI Women’s Breakfast celebrated women’s contributions to the industry, and the Paul Patton PMI24 Manufacturing Success Award was given to Jake MacDonald of BLANCO North America.

PMI CEO Kerry Stackpole reported on the plumbing industry’s global impact on water efficiency, hygiene, and sustainability, highlighting Lars Christensen of BLANCO as the PMI Ambassador Award recipient.
