Ashish K. Kulkarni Appointed as New Director by Ashland Board

Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH) has appointed Ashish K. Kulkarni to its Board of Directors. Kulkarni is the CEO of Kebotix, a startup that leverages artificial intelligence for new material commercialization. His previous roles include executive vice president and chief innovation officer at GAF, and chief technology and innovation officer at both Avantor and Celanese Corporation. He will serve on Ashland’s Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality, and Compensation Committees starting May 6, 2024. Kulkarni has also held leadership positions at United Technologies Corporation, American Standard, and General Electric.

In anticipation of potential director retirements, Ashland has expanded its Board to 11 members with Kulkarni’s addition.

Kulkarni brings extensive global experience in technology and innovation across diverse industries.
