This portable device provides fab staff with an efficient tool for testing semiconductor equipment software in alignment with SEMI’s E84 and GEM300 standards for automated carrier delivery. Designed to improve E84 signal readability, identification, and validation in cleanroom or workshop environments, the PIO Box integrates seamlessly with Agileo’s Speech Scenario software, simulating the fab host to validate SECS/GEM interfaces through predefined test scenarios.
The E84 PIO Box emulates automated carrier delivery systems, including overhead hoist transports and automated guided vehicles, detecting non-compliance and operational issues in accordance with SEMI E84 standards. Equipped with a DB25 connector for easy compatibility with E84 passive systems and a single USB connection for data and power, it ensures streamlined integration and functionality testing.
