Yann d’Hervé, formerly Head of the Care Solutions business line within Evonik’s Nutrition & Care division, has been appointed to lead the Health Care business line starting July 1.
With a background encompassing an MSc in Chemistry and an MBA, Yann d’Hervé began his career at REXIM SAS (France) in 1996, now integrated into the Health Care business line. His career path led him to the U.S. in 2004, where he contributed to the Oil Additives business line as a business analyst and later as Global Business Director for Wax Modifiers. In 2011, he played a pivotal role in establishing the Health Care business line, assuming the position of Vice President, Sales & Services Americas. Subsequently, in 2015, he advanced to Vice President, Global Sales & Services before relocating to Germany to oversee the Care Solutions business line in 2020.
Yann d’Hervé brings extensive expertise spanning manufacturing, finance, marketing, application technology, sales, and general management. He has successfully led global teams and cultivated strategic partnerships, emphasizing customer satisfaction and collaborative value creation as core principles.
