Starting immediately, Grove has established a goal to prevent 15 million pounds of single-use plastic waste from entering the environment by 2030. This commitment is an enhancement of its Beyond Plastic™ program and coincides with the launch of the Beyond Plastic™ Impact Tracker. This new tool will track and disclose the amount of plastic avoided and recovered with each customer order, fostering direct customer engagement in combating single-use plastic waste.

Additionally, Grove provided an update on its Plastic Free by 2025 initiative, acknowledging significant strides made since its inception in 2020. Despite not meeting its original goal of achieving complete plastic-free status by 2025, the company remains steadfast in pursuing meaningful industry-wide change. They highlighted achievements such as innovative product development under the Grove Co.™ brand, collaborations with over 130 brand partners in the Plastic Working Group, and the introduction of industry-first metrics to gauge plastic intensity and revenue decoupling from plastic.
The Beyond Plastic™ Impact Tracker will empower Grove’s customers to see their individual and collective impact in reducing plastic waste. Since 2020, the Grove community has avoided and recovered over 24.5 million pounds of plastic, demonstrating substantial progress towards their sustainability goals.
