Jim Kelly’s Contributions
Kelly joined Orbia in 2021 and played a key role in strengthening financial discipline, capital allocation, and internal controls. He guided the Company through a complex global environment, focusing on balance sheet strength, cash generation, and long-term value creation.
Under Kelly’s leadership, Orbia’s finance function evolved to better support strategic priorities. He also maintained strong engagement with external stakeholders, including debt and equity investors, analysts, and credit rating agencies, enhancing transparency and investor confidence.
To ensure a smooth handover, Kelly will remain with Orbia through mid-year, working closely with Capellino and the leadership team.

Appointment of Cristian “Cape” Capellino
Following a structured succession process, Orbia’s Board of Directors appointed Cristian “Cape” Capellino as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 15, 2026. Capellino is a senior leader in Orbia’s global finance organization, with over 23 years of experience in finance leadership within industrial and manufacturing environments.
Capellino’s Experience at Orbia
Capellino joined Orbia in 2020, holding senior roles across Controllership, Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Finance Transformation. He worked closely with Kelly to strengthen financial governance, drive disciplined capital allocation, and modernize financial systems across more than 40 countries.
Prior to Orbia, Capellino held senior finance and business leadership roles at Tenaris, a NYSE-listed industrial company. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Public Accountant degree from the National University of Córdoba.
