Innventure LLC, a catalyst for enterprise growth, has revealed that AeroFlexx, the flexible packaging firm launched by Innventure in 2018, has forged a new partnership with Chemipack, a European manufacturing company based in Poland. Chemipack specializes in supplying liquid concentrates for diverse applications, spanning household and personal care products, industrial fluids, and wet wipes.
This collaboration positions AeroFlexx and Chemipack to meet industry demands and critical packaging initiatives by introducing an innovative and sustainable liquid packaging format to the European market. AeroFlexx’s flexible packaging offers an alternative to rigid bottles, addressing challenges associated with shipping liquids in the e-commerce sector. Notably, AeroFlexx’s packaging reduces virgin plastic usage by up to 85% and is designed for curbside recyclability where plastic bottles are accepted. This initiative aligns with a proposed European Union policy aimed at reducing packaging waste and phasing out single-use plastics by 2030. AeroFlexx’s expansion into the EU follows its recent entry into the Asian market earlier this year.
“We are pleased with the ongoing success of our portfolio companies,” commented Bill Haskell, CEO of Innventure. “It is gratifying to witness AeroFlexx, leveraging technology sourced from our multinational partner Procter & Gamble, gaining momentum in Europe. As both corporations and consumers increasingly prioritize sustainable packaging solutions, we foresee significant growth potential for AeroFlexx. With its advanced technology and market expertise, AeroFlexx is well-positioned to meet market demands and scale swiftly to accommodate the rising demand for sustainable packaging options.”
Innventure specializes in operationalizing breakthrough technologies sourced from multinational corporations, systematically building and expanding companies around these innovations through rigorous analysis and scalability. Since its inception, Innventure has launched three companies: PureCycle Technologies, AeroFlexx, and Accelsius. PureCycle Technologies went public in 2021, and as of December 31, 2023, Innventure holds a minority ownership stake.
Innventure has previously announced its intent to pursue a business combination with Learn CW Investment Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company (NYSE: LCW), subject to customary closing conditions.
