LSB Industries, Inc. has appointed John Chandler as an independent member of its Board of Directors, effective November 7, 2024, with an additional appointment to the Board’s audit committee.
John Chandler brings over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, with a strong background in finance and business development. He recently served as CFO of The Williams Companies (NYSE: WMB) from 2017 to 2022 and was CFO at Magellan Midstream Partners from 2002 to 2014. Chandler also held key roles at The Williams Companies and MAPCO Inc., and he currently serves as an independent director and Chairman for Matrix Services Company (NASDAQ: MTRX). He has previously held board seats with Williams Partners, Green Plains Partners, Cone Midstream Partners, and USA Compression Partners.
