Orion S.A. Announces Price Increase for Select Specialty Carbon Black Grades

Orion S.A., a global leader in specialty chemicals, has announced a price increase for all Specialty carbon black grades produced in Europe, as well as for NEROX® manufactured in South Korea. The price adjustments will vary based on the product, manufacturing process, and location, and will be communicated to customers individually.

Orion CEO Corning Painter explained, “The price adjustments will ensure that Orion continues to supply the differentiated, high-quality Specialty products that customers need during this period of rising feedstock and operational costs. Additionally, these increases will support the development of new products and solutions for our global customer base.”

The new pricing structure will take effect for all shipments starting January 1, 2025, or as per contract terms.
